Auto-Filter Update

Faceted Search allows you to dynamically filter your potential values based on the choices you make. In the image below, 1592 are coded as Privileged at the Privileged field.

Without making any query changes (the DocDate value in the Any of These box is not changed), clicking the Enable Auto Update button signals the system to display only values and value counts confined to the date shown in the Search Connector box. In the below example, the Privileged count is now 1502.

Any fields upon which facets are built will dynamically update as values are selected. Click the button again to turn off filtering. You may want to do this to select several Custodians for example, and once selected turn filtering on to narrow in on Issues values.
