Calculating Billable Gigabytes

To calculated your billable gigabytes (GB), we determine the volume of files we receive after initial container files (ZIP, RAR, PST, etc.) are exploded, but excludes NIST files, system files, and any custom filters.

• We charge based on the file size of files we actually send on for processing in the system.

• We don't charge for any file found that is excluded from processing or unable to be processed such as corrupt files. We also exclude the size of the original zip file from the Processing GB size.
