Special Microsoft Office File Conversion Settings
When converting Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel files to an image format we use the following settings. Our conversion software is generally successful at applying all of these options. However, we make no representation that every file will honor these settings. The only way to guarantee that is to convert the files by hand.
In reviewing these settings, please note that these same conversion settings have already been applied to files that were converted to the PDF format already as part of batch print or in creating redactions. Files converted to PDF on the site prior to production will not be changed or re-converted as part of the production process.
