Processing Reports

Catalyst provides automatically-generated reports for our processing. These reports also contain information that can be used to validate file counts and perform quality checks on the output. In Insight, access these reports by clicking the Jobs button and selecting Processing.

Inventory Report

The inventory report provides information about the files received, files exploded, errors and a list of all files processed.

Project Processing Summary Reports

Our processing report shows status and processing numbers for each processing project. The report identifies the project, media, custodian, JobID and input directory. It provides counts for the following:

Parent Count—Output Attachment Count; Duplicates Removed Count—Output Parent Count; Excluded File Count—Total Output Count

We also include certain fields from your site including beginning and ending control numbers by custodian. Additional fields can be added by custom request.

These reports can be downloaded or viewed through the user interface on Insight.
