Special Production Formats

We can create production file and load formats to meet the current special requirements for the DOJ, SEC and FTC. These formats incur extra hourly charges to move files into folders and create the special load files.

This will typically require extra time for delivery because of the additional copying and other work required.

Production Delivery Options

We offer the following media and methods to deliver production data:

• CD/DVD

• Hard Drive

• FTP

• FEDEX or Other Courier

Retention of Production Files

We typically send a copy of all production files to our client as well as the receiving party. While we may keep a copy of the production, we do not retain it for longer than 90 days unless you make special arrangements.

If you want us to retain the production data longer than 90 days, please contact your Project Consultant. Additional charges may apply.
