Static Folders
Users with folders rights can create, manage and access folders within the top-level Static Folders.
My Folders are the folders you create and can be private to just you or you can share them with selected users.
Shared Folders are those folders created by other users and shared with you. You cannot edit or delete these folders. You can access the documents in these folders.
Public Folders are folders made available to everyone on the site who have the Public Folders permission. If you created the folder, you can edit or delete it.
If you have access to Production Folders, you will see it in the folder structure as well. This folder is used to run productions through the Insight interface.
To display the contents of any folder available to you, expand the folder structure using the Triangle buttons beside the folders and then click the folder name to access the documents.
Folders can be created and managed in the Folders page, and folders can also be created on the fly during the copy to folder process. Associating documents with a folder is done in bulk via the Actions menu of the Results page or by individual record within the Document page (refer to the Copy Document to Folder section).
